How can I make my Amore18 profile invisible for other singles?

You want to pause your profile for a while, but you don't want to be contacted by other singles. Then you have the possibility to make your profile invisible. You log in with your data in our website, and top right next to your profile picture appear additional functions that you can activate / deactivate.

 Is there a fee for signing up/registering with Amore18?

Signing up or registering with Amore18 is free of charge and without any further obligations. You can also easily create your own profile with a free account. However, if you want to actively search for a new partner or contact a user, then this is not possible with a free account, as the functions are severely limited.
It is recommended to book a paid membership.

What are the advantages of a paid premium membership?

Easy contact between members (Attention: Before contacting a member, a friendship request must be sent and accepted).
Search for similar members is possible without restrictions
Use of the like game is possible without restrictions
Use of associations is possible without restrictions
Profile visitors are displayed
Faster contact with the support team
Use of the chat or video chat is possible without restrictions

Do I have to pay for the additional functions of Amore18?

We offer so-called additional functions, which each member can decide for himself which are important for him or not.

Our additional functions are chargeable you will find them on the top right next to your profile picture, there are:

Appear at the top of the search
You can book every additional function per week.

Why are my photos not displayed on Amore18?

In order to be found by other singles, you should add some photos to your profile. Upload at least one profile picture and even better some album photos. You can still rotate and crop your photos in the media area. However, your photos are not immediately visible, but will be published only after approval. Normally, uploaded photos that meet the guidelines should be online in 48 hours. If you do not see your photo in the profile, it could be because it violates our photo guidelines. In this case, upload a new picture of yourself. 

How can I get more requests from other singles?

As in real life, success in a dating site also depends largely on one's own activity. That is, if you just wait for other singles to write to you, you will have little success. Be creative and use all the possibilities of Amore18. The more often you are online and leave messages, associations, virtual kisses or comments to other users, the faster you will soon have a variety of contacts and dates. Very important: Try to stand out from the crowd, be it through humor, originality or coolness. The more unusual the better. 

How can I change my profile data?

You can edit, extend or delete your details in your account at any time. If you have any questions about editing or deleting your profile data, our customer support will be happy to help you at any time. Please keep in mind that you are still obligated to pay your membership fees even after deleting your data or profile until the end of the contractually agreed term. 

How can I cancel my membership on Amore18?

To protect your identity and so that we are sure that you are really the person who wants to cancel, a cancellation is also for your own safety only possible as described in the terms and conditions. After your cancellation, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the term. After the expiration of your subscription, your account will be transferred back to the free status and you can continue to use all free features of Amore18. 

Please note: You can delete your profile immediately or at the end of the agreed term. If you delete your profile immediately, it will not affect the duration of your account. It will continue until the regular end. An early refund of the membership fee is not provided.
